"The payroll website that was evidently last updated in 1993 could be the worst thing ever created and is easily the most evil web application. If the cheesy '90s graphics aren't enough to lure you in, then perhaps fighting with browser compatibility will? After all this is the only application that doesn't work on Firefox or Chrome but does something in IE. You must download Java for it to work (really?) and even then it will freeze and force you to click 79 times to get where you want to go. Pure. Evil."
