this san diego gem is full of deadbeats and ghetto thugs blasting their death rap, smoking their death cigarette sticks, and looking venemous. the lot is a complete scam- setting you up with "free parking" for 3 hours, then shutting off the validation machines after 9pm. the help guy is a silly bastage too.
